2. The trading in the scrip shall continue to remain in Trade-for-Trade segment till further notice since 100% of the Promoter shareholding and 50% of the Public shareholding of the company is not in demat form, as per extent SEBI guidelines.
3. The Trading Members may please note that the above mentioned scrip will be a part of Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) for IPO’s & Relisted Scrips -Relist session on Thursday, September 29, 2016.
